Very nice 2-night stay in Annecy. Staff is courteous and professional, I was able to do laundry, although it was bit pricey to use the washer/dryer, it was very nice to wash clothes after 3 weeks of travel. Nice little in-room kitchenette.

The aparthotel is in a very nice and convenient area. The room was a good size with nice amenities. The washing machine and dryer on our floor was very helpful. We had a terrific balcony. The front desk were helpful.

Lake annecy

Beautiful area, very clean and spacious apartment. Cooking facility very good for short break. Terrace was lovely to sit out in the early evening and enjoy a drink, close to the lake, shops and train/bus station.

Even though the weather in Annecy was rainy, the friendly staff made our stay much better. They kindly let us check in early, and the parking was convenient. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding. The location also doesn’t get better than this. Do note that guests need to take out their own garbage, but overall a very pleasant stay!

Wonderful 4 night stay. One bedroom, No 8, on ground floor. Very quiet. Privilodges is in Centre Ville, 10 minutes from the lake, less than that to Vieille Ville. Excellent reception (Philippe), preceded by excellent, speedy communication and replies to questions before arrival. Walking distance from train station. Friendly, helpful staff. The one bedroom had everything we needed: plenty of space to move about, cabinets and hangers, kitchen equipment. Time on terrace was pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed every minute. We did not need parking.

The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!

Excellent location minutes from anywhere in the city. Parking on site very useful. Modern, well equipped rooms with decent kitchenette and bathroom with bath. Real bonus was the spacious terrace where we were able to eat and rest in good weather

This hotel is fantastic! Great service, great location, staff spoke fluent english and did not laugh at my mangling of the french language. Facilities super clean. I highly recommend this place
