「The staff was extremely helpful. We couldn’t figure out how to open the sofa bed. The front desk person tried; she got the manager; and then they called a woman who’s worked at the hotel the longest and she knew the trick to opening it. This was all at 10pm. The breakfast had the best home fries!」

「Do not stay here. I had to change rooms because the bathroom and beds and floors were filthy (pubic hairs, stains, food). The faucet on the sink was broken. We moved to a different room. The hvac unit did not work by beds in the second room. We stayed multiple nights and only received housekeeping service once. 「The property is great. The amenities are quality- nothing is cheap… kitchen is stocked & utensils are not flimsy- bedding is nice. Some good touches like under mount lighting in the bathroom that comes on as you walk in- the temperature is easy to keep constant (which is rare in units) it’s very walkable and the parking is easy ($60 per night). Lots of good. The unit itself is very nice. My only complaint is that the furniture is stained and filthy… one chair had caked food and hair (a good...
