Walkable area, staff very friendly and helpful, although breakfast seemed to be short staffed with slow service. This was inconveinant when plans were made for the day.
Valet parking was great.
I would recommend this hotel, rooms clean and not cramped.

The hotel was very good, although there was not a lot of seating available when waiting for a taxi. The keycard system was a bit temperamental!
Breakfast was very disappointing and certainly not worth paying for. There are a few coffee shops nearby.

"The rooms are modern and clean. Though the actual hotel its self is a bit loud with other guests being loud, but this isn’t the hotels fault. Good pub food at the Warners Bay bistro and onsite bottle shop."
