「Pleasant stay. Great service. Refurbished hotel. The double room I had did not have adequate means to work as I was on a business trip but overall the room was comfortable, warm (despite it being freezing outside) the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend for the price paid and stay again. 」

「VERY nice hotel!! We were so pleasantly surprised.
The rooms are as you'd expect for London hotels - none of them are big. And that is to be expected.
Having said that, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable, and very clean .
Breakfast was absolutely incredible and totally worth every penny with lots of hot options. Wonderful variety of things.
The hotel itself is very pretty as far as the lobby and there's an outdoor seating area that we actually utilized quite a lot even...

「The hotel is located near the underground (Central and Circle line) so it is pretty easy to get to the attractions in the city, and is 15-minute from Paddington station by foot. There is a small park next to the hotel, and my room was faced the park. In terms of the room, it is very clean and warm, but is very tiny. If you have a large suitcase, it is hard to open it. Anyway, the price is quite reasonable for the hotel at the heart of London.」

2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙
3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便
4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥
5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行
6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃」
