No reception, but quick response to email/messaging services. Free luggage storage lockers are available. "We were told that we had a deluxe room. I don't know what was deluxe about it. It was very small, but otherwise pretty standard. Although there was a safe in the wardrobe, laughably it was not bolted down. None of the sockets had USB for charging phones etc."
