「We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.」

「Location was perfect for us, street was calm only thing was the trains we heard but we just thought that was charming. Building and room was very clean and nice. It was easy to find oarking for the car to full day after we looked a little bit. Would stay here again if I visit Chicago!」
