「I wasn't expecting to stay here but because my luggage got delayed I made a last second booking for the night. I speak very little Spanish and the staff was very helpful to work around that. 」

No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.」

「The hotel’s exterior appears inviting, but the interior is a completely different story. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair, with dirty walls and a nasty smell. Additionally, the 4th-floor room had a very bright lamp right outside the window, making it feel like daytime even during the night. We requested extra blankets from the front desk, but they brought us bed sheets instead. Public transportation to the hotel is quite confusing, and there’s no fridge. The WiFi connection was...
