Amazing experience

It's one of the best hotels I've had in the city, because I came from Canada I wanted to be in a secure place, it satisfied all my requests, highly recommended, thanks to Magdi that help me alot ,she went far beyond her job,I'm planning to go back again.

The property is modern and very secure. However, is localed on the side of the road and is extremely loud. I think they need to invest more in their breakfast, it's too simple!

Like the clean style of rooms/bath, quality of bed linings, large sliding doors/windows, make the balcony looking over trees. terrace at top of building with cozy restaurant. Perfect for business trips. Security a plus, very friendly staff eager to help you all the time. They even call you uber or taxi at your request. Very close to Good shopping centers, Universidad del Valle, an big Medical city.

Todo correcto.

Hotel correcto en una zona residencial y tranquila en Cali. Siendo un hotel pequeño, es fácil adaptarse y disfrutar del servicio. Tienen parking gratuito (punto a favor). El desayuno es poco variado y básico, pero está bien de sabor. Habitaciones cómodas, limpieza a diario, hotel moderno.

Mi estancia en este hotel de Cali fue en general positiva. Me gustó especialmente su ubicación, ya que está a solo 15 minutos caminando del centro comercial Unicentro y muy cerca de la Universidad del Valle. Además, la zona es tranquila por las noches. Otro punto que destaco es el servicio y atención del personal, que fue excelente en todo momento. Además, es importante mencionar que el hotel cuenta con un estacionamiento, lo cual es muy útil para quienes viajan en auto. Sin embargo, también hubo algunos aspectos que no me gustaron tanto. Por ejemplo, encontré un pelo largo en la mesa de noche al llegar a la habitación, lo cual no fue agradable. Además, el sistema de televisión por cable funcionó correctamente durante el día, pero dejó de funcionar por la noche, lo cual fue un inconveniente. También hubo un problema con la habitación que me asignaron inicialmente, ya que daba a la calle y se escuchaba mucho ruido de los carros que pasaban. Afortunadamente, el personal del hotel fue muy amable y me cambió de habitación sin problema. Sin embargo, la nueva habitación daba al restaurante del hotel, y por la mañana se escuchaba todo el ruido de la cocina, lo cual puede ser molesto para quienes quieren dormir hasta tarde. En resumen, creo que este hotel en Cali tiene cosas buenas y cosas malas. Si bien su ubicación es conveniente y el servicio es excelente, hay algunos aspectos de limpieza y ruido que podrían mejorarse.
