"The hotel staff was very friendly, and welcoming. The service was excellent! We also loved the food served at breakfast! We loved the pools, spa and the view of the city from our room. We took advantage of the breathtaking beach! Thank you Princess Munro Imperial for making our vacation one to remember! Thank you for your warm hospitality! "Loved having a kitchen! Very clean and quiet. The AC was very cold, nice escape from the heat. The communication about which room I was supposed to have was a little lacking. The woman at the front desk/gate was very patient with me though, I don't know much Spanish, and together we figured it out. I would definitely stay again!"
