「Well my daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. From the beginning of our arrival we were welcomed! Loved our time there. The entire staff are super friendly and kind. We especially loved getting to know Fiona and her family. We enjoyed all the meals they prepared for us. Thank you guys for a wonderful place to be☆」

「Convenient to downtown, very nice staff.」

「When I arrived there was nobody there to let me in. I tried the whatsapp number and got a recording saying it was not a valid number. I was able to send a message through Expedia messaging and got a reply fairly quick. A gentleman working on the roof finally let me in and gave me a key to the room. The beds were basically a brick with springs poking me when I laid down. The walls are very thin and the road noise went on all night. Parking is along the road and very tight and limited. The second...

「I absolutely LOVED my stay at Falling Leaves Lodge. My partner and I were blown away with the service, attentive staff, beautiful grounds, and clean room. Paula at the front desk went above and beyond for us, whether it was confirming our excursions, arranging taxis, or ordering us early breakfast, she handled it all. The groundskeepers were so kind, setting up lounge chairs and allowing us to connect to the Bluetooth speaker by the pool. The on-site restaurant had a large menu and every dish we...

「It wasn't a bad stay but it wasn't what I expected. Instead of a room in the main hotel, we were upgraded to a cabin, in the back of the property where it was so dark I drove into the concrete septic block! No damage fortunately. And I guess back there was better than being up front because of a loud party on a Monday night. At least the room was clean, the bathroom was huge, and the bed was comfortable for the price. Unlikely to return.」

「Like many eco lodges in the area, rooms are basically screened-in porchs with adjustable shutters - perfect for the setting, but very exposed. So, I get up at 2:30am for a routine bathroom visit, and let me add the (surprisingly relevant) detail that it was the quick and quiet #1 variety. Just as I was back in bed turning off the light, someone in the dark just outside my window asked 'Are you alright?'. Startled, at first I assumed this was a conversation between 2 people coincidentally on...

「Good basic accommodation. Lots of space in room considering two double beds. You do have to come upstairs, no elevator. On good street for walking, close to local market. Parking available.」

「Clean room.」

「Amazing property. It was so beautiful with the courtyard with flowers and the private pool/bath and geat views. They upgraded us with no extra charge. Wish we could have stayed here longer. The price was great for a three story home away from home.」

「We had an amazing stay at the Rainforest Retreat. Theodocios, our assistant at the Rainforest Retreat was an excellent guide and his wife, Francelia cooked delicious breakfast and dinner that was included with our stay. She also does laundry. We stayed one night there in the Eco-Pods and the 2nd night at the Chaa Creek Lodge. Docios shuttled us back and forth and provided excellent guidance.」

「完美美住宿地，蜜月好選擇」

「I would describe this as more of a glamping experience. The room is a large, open space with multiple beds and a kitchen, plus a separate bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no closet, shelving, or luggage rack, so you have to live out of your suitcase on the floor. The screened-in porch with hammocks was wonderful. However, the staff was not very helpful when we asked about walking trails or how to get to Monkey Falls. We were given vague directions and did not feel particularly welcome. The...

「Mike was so nice and helpful, as was his wife. The place has a real charm, but just know that it’s rustic and authentic. Meaning no A/C, bugs in the rooms, beds, bathroom, etc. The property is starting to degrade but still has a special feel and vibe. If you’re looking for a real experience this is it. If you prefer something more modern and comfortable look elsewhere.」

「Organize better for guests check in. Include a phone number for optional assistance」
