「This hotel was designed, sounds daft, but design was everywhere, stark, monumental, impressive, I liked it. But it lacked a few human touches. Some hotels encourage local arts into their space, this one didn't, I like to bring home the hotel note pad and pen as a reminder but the rooms were spartan and impersonal, although our accommodation was of excellent size. We rarely got a pool sunlounger as they pool area was too small for the size of the hotel, which was half empty when we were...

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, lovely pool area, although the pool a bit cold this time of the year (May). Entertainment staff trying hard. Upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. 「Lovely huge apartments with pool view. Ours was on the first floor, and we had a massive balcony area out front. The complex is popular with families, so there are lots of kids enjoying the pool areas, but it's pleasantly quiet after dark. 」
