Lowlights: All inclusive was more of a semi all inclusive, anything more than what your mum can cook at home you have to pay a premium for. Rooftop on the 16th isn't all inclusive at all, and if you like drinking past 12pm anywhere in the hotel you best get your wallet out because you should be in bed! Don't go to the beach club for lunch, waited 45 minutes for 2 chicken wings. Female waitresses at the...

「The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer...

「There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see.」
