「Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.」

「Location was great - easy access to the main activities. I spotted a Fuego eruption from right outside my room near the rooftop sitting area! The hotel had a unique charm - pool was gorgeously warm - felt like a spa! Room was huge, with a cute fireplace and balcony. Shower only had cold water the first day but they fixed it by the next morning. Overall wonderful 」
