「酒店設備殘舊，電梯多次未能正常運作，房間清潔度低，入住時發現有很多用過的紙巾在地下上沒有清理，感覺有點嘔心。 入住房号為440，房間設在職員清潔設備室旁，每天早上7:30左右，職員多次出入房間都沒有輕力關門，絕對會被雜物房門嘈醒。 第一天入住時亦發現沒有熱水煲和電視機壞了，致電給前台職員都沒有作用，因為職員沒有行動，沒有設法幫忙客人的需要，服務及配套上都絕對不是4星級酒店應有的，絕對失望的住宿體驗。」

「酒店小环境很不错，距离诺伊斯市中心很近，离杜塞10公里车程。酒店窗外是一条小河，景致极好，周围很安静。房间比较舒适，设施很完备。停车场是地下的，每天11欧，自驾游也比较方便。美中不足的是前台服务员，有位胖胖的男生，他是8月5号晚上和8月9号晚上值班的，比较傲慢，态度很敷衍，我们感觉到了不舒服。其他的都还不错。推荐吧。」

「Pictures didn’t do it justice. Great room, breakfast, bar area, and near enough to Cologne to get there easily, but far enough to get away from the crowds.」

「Cute little hotel. Very basic, but super clean and location is convenient. The room was small and only had the basics (no fridge or coffee maker). That said, the bed was comfortable, I could easily adjust the temperature, it was very quiet (and hotel was full). And the shower pressure was very good. I will definitely consider staying there on my next visit to Düsseldorf. The value for the money was excellent. 」

「Für unsere Zwecke war das Hotel perfekt. Wir kamen spät an und mussten am nächsten Tag früh abreisen. Das Zimmer geräumig, sauber und einladend. Das Bett sehr bequem. Am Empfang der junge Mann sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke 」

「Schreck an der Rezeption, ich hätte doppelt gebucht und müsste wohl doppelt zahlen. What??? Dann hat die Dame das an der Rezeption mit einem Telefonat für mich geregelt. Sauber und sehr ruhig. Bett super! Danke! Gerne wieder, aber nur 1 x buchen😇」

「Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Zimmer war top. Einziges Kriterium ist das man leider sehr viel vom Nachbar Zimmer hört. Ruhig gelegenes Zimmer. (nach hinten raus, selbst zur Straße/ Parkplatz ruhig). Ein Hauch von Nostalgie trifft modern, würde ich es beschreiben. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück ausreichend für den Start in den Tag. Nicht weit hat man gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.」

「A resort with in-door ski. Very nice family room with wood. Sauna and steam room is excellent and free for hotel guests. Near freeway, but far away from downtown. Minor defect: Breakfast costs 18 euro. 」

「Check in was problematic, could not figure out who we were or find us in the reservation. Internet was hard to log into, needed twice assistance from front desk. Rooms were large, modern, functional. Location is great in the. Idle of town.」
