"Very nice hotel with friendly staff. A little far from the train station, but it's within walking distance and the area is quiet and residential. Not the most impressive water pressure in the shower, but overall great room."

"practical as described by its name -"smart". Clean and fit our budget. We realized it is quite far out from all the tourist attractions but we went ahead with this place anyway as we saw that it is right by the train station. However, the commute is quite limited as there is only one train line. we were fine dealing with the transferring to different stations until there were issues with trains schedule and maintenance on some of the days, and that became inconvenient. We are from NYC so are used to public transportation (this feels like living in Elmhurst and commuting to Manhattan). The area itself is convenient in terms of getting to various grocery stores, and pharmacies. "
"Courteous and helpful staff. Very accommodating for any requests. A few minutes walk from Ostkreus train station with good connectivity. We would recommend this property. "
"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. He barely spoke any English so he was confused on how to help me, but eventually he showed me how to use my key on the back door to get in (there is no sign or obvious spot to put your key card). And because it’s a separate entrance you can’t use the elevator after 3pm which is annoying because i was on the 4th floor. The wifi was HORRIBLE. Every few minutes it would disconnect from my phone and i would have to go into my settings, turn off wifi entirely, then turn it back on and MAYBE the wifi would reconnect. If you’re not close to the lobby then the wifi doesn’t work (even in the lobby it was slow). It was just very underwhelming and barely met the standards. Wouldn’t stay here again let’s just put it that way. "
