"Adorable property, cute and fairly quiet neighborhood. Extremely walkable for coffee, shopping and dining. No elevator, fine with a carryon but just a little warning for the heavy packers. Wish there was a pool but the garden area is sweet. Street parking is metered and limited."

"I booked this hotel as a splurge for the LA Marathon. It was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect and central to so many attractions. As a SoCal native it makes for a perfect staycation or treat! Highly recommend "

"Terrible service. The room was not cleaned for my entire 3-night stay, and the reception staff was extremely unhelpful. When I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned, they said they were short-staffed, which is not an acceptable excuse. There were very limited supplies—barely any shampoo or towels—and after check-in, nothing was replenished. No towels, no shampoo, no conditioner. The entrance was also inconvenient, coming from the side through the parking garage, and there wasn’t even a proper lobby. Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. I only stayed because the booking was non-refundable. I wish I could give 0 stars—this motel would have been a much better choice."
