「Good ,clean, and quiet.」

「tape around the AC heating unit.The smell in our room,No elevator on the premises.Bath tub looked chipped in areas.This hotel needs a make over!!!」

「Helpful and friendly staff. Clean, very worn room. Good price for what you get. Breakfast included hot items like sausage, biscuits, and gravy.」

「Staff was nice and unit was clean. The "private beach" was just a very small area with sand and some concrete steps that go into the water in between docks. Pool was clean, but it is attached to the restaurant. Blue Cat Lounge had very good breakfast. Probably a really nice place for people with boats to stay.」

「The suites are amazing! The two-room setup with a ton of storage and a stocked kitchen was a huge plus. The lighting, bathroom, balcony, fireplace, and island countertop were a touch above, and we loved our stay.」

「Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer.」

「The shower curtain was a ripped up, hair in the tub, no Kleenex, blood stains on pillows the bed was hard as a rock and the room smelled of pine soul and musky. Also the dust along the walls was bad. The room definitely needs deep cleaning. Also the microwave had food splatter. I took pictures」
