The premier plus rooms were lovely except the curtain doesn't close all and the Wi-Fi was horrible in room with a premier plus room. Asked for days regarding help and no one looked into it or followed up with me, regarding the room I was in having a dead zone.

There is no point in having climate control in the room if the recommendation is to open the window if the room is too warm. I don't expect to pay £109 to hear traffic noise.
