「We really enjoyed our stay at the General Palmer Hotel. Our room in the Palace Wing was great. It was the last room available so we were a bit apprehensive since it wasn't in the main hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. We wouldn't recommend for those having a problem with steps, however. The hot brunch was also good.」
