伊登沃爾德出租度假屋

「I booked 4 rooms total for my employees and paid the full amount and even had an extra night for multiple rooms that were UNUSED. They ended up charging our card TWICE for missing room keys? We travel 20-30 times a year and I have never in my life seen such terrible practice. Never staying here again. Unacceptable.」

「The location is very central downtown. If you want to party its great as next door to Coyote Ugly. The rooftop bar is nice and staff couldnt be friendlier. It was good for travellers to have access to a laundry. However our room was windowless and we would have liked to have been told in advance and have the option to refuse. The hotel does itself a disservice by calling itself luxury as it is not.」

「The iron did not work. They replaced it in a timely manner. I wish they had an extra blanket in both rooms. Having a kitchen and in room washer & dryer was very nice. Location was great! Close to shopping and restaurants.」

「Very nice rooms with a cozy shared courtyard.」

「Awesome!!!! We really enjoyed ourselves! Great place to rent 👌 」

「Clean rooms. Nice balcony」

「Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay」

「Its great.」

「They sent me a message about a FEE for checking out late and we DID NOT CHECK OUT LATE AND I WILL FIGHT THAT FEE TO NO END IF IT IS APPLIED TO MY COSTS. I cut my forehead on a broken towel holder also」
