「Just stunning」

「The iron was broken, called the front desk and they got me a replacement right away. However, after returning to my room from an event (around 8:30pm) the rug was soaking wet. I called the front desk, was told I would get moved into a new room within 15 min. That did not happen as when I called back they did not have an open room that was the type I had booked. 「Great location and vibe」
