"Eric, the Valet Supervisor, was extremely helpful with parking and restaurant recommendations. The suite was spacious and clean. Check in was easy and the location is in walking distance to many restaurants. The cons, there seems to only be one chef so eating at the hotel was unavailable. The elevators are very small. Can only fit 2-3 people max and luggage if not too big. Also the windows to the building need a good cleaning. They had a lot of web and dust buildup. Overall, I would stay there again for the comfort of the room and friendliness of Eric."

"Sean was the BEST!!! I was there for Run Richmond 1619 event. Sean was very polite and courteous; he transported me to the event. He also recommended some delicious restaurants. Traveling alone, I felt safe."

"Our room was spacious and comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen but would have appreciated it on a longer stay. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered hot food and a good oatmeal bar, plus the usual pastries and cold cereal, but was short on fruit. Valet parking staff kindly helped patrons get to their cars in a downpour that flooded the streets. Desk staff when we checked in couldn’t tell us whether street parking rules applied on the weekends and didn’t seem to understand our question about whether the parking lot close by charged you every time you went in or out, or what to do if the gate was open when you parked but not when you departed."

"The hotel was decently maintained. There was some dust on my headboard and a wet spot near the refrigerator but other than that the room was comfortable. The rooftop bar was a blast, food decent enough after a long day of driving. All of the staff was super friendly, elevators were fast, valet was fast and organized. I'd stay again for a quick trip."
