「Absolutely disgraceful. Our room was completely buried in sand after the storm, luggage, belongings, everything coated. We spent hours cleaning them piece by piece. Management’s response? Nothing. No room change. No refund. No compensation whatsoever. This is beyond unacceptable, it’s negligent.」

「A great stay in Death Valley. I was traveling with my 90 year old mother and the front desk staff checked us in early and chose a convenient room which was helpful for my mother as we were in a wheelchair. Everything was incredibly perfect, beautiful environment with lots of plants and a fountain in the garden, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, massage room... It's incredible to be in Death Valley! It's really a trustworthy and relaxing resort paradise to experience and explore Death...

「Got snowed in and was forced to book a hotel in the area for the night To my pleasant surprise, the staff was very caring and hospitable. Provided me alternative route directions for the following morning. The room was spacious yet cozy and very well kept. More than what I could say for most hotels. I don't know when, but I will make an effort to stay again sometime in the future. Hopefully under better circumstances however. 」

「酒店属于渡假小木屋，两房一厅，有烧木材的壁炉，非常不错的体验。酒店位于滑雪区，空气非常好，位置好找，安静，厨房炊具很全，可以做饭。酒店离购物中心不到5分钟车程，购物中心的VONS里面商品非常齐全，可以买回来自己煮。6月傍晚时大概只有5摄氏度左右，非常寒冷。」

「附近非常偏僻，在死亡谷附近，外表跟一般木造簡單的Motel沒什麼不同，但是打開房門我們感到幸福。房間非常舒適又乾淨，提供的沐浴乳、乳液、護手霜非常好用，在前台還提供美味的咖啡和甜甜圈，我們有非常愉快的住宿經驗。更加感謝服務人員的幫忙，讓我們第一晚雖然遲到，但不至於露宿街頭。」

「We stayed in a tent cabin here because we booked too late and missed all the other options nearby. The experience was not as hush as we imagined. In fact, the owner was super friendly and super welcoming; the sausage patties and french toast were delicious. The only thing was that there were merely 2 shared showers and 2 restrooms for all cabins.」

「Room was clean, staff were friendly. In spite of the hwy being adjacent, noise was not an issue. It would be nice if they turned off the big outside light at night tho! Seeing the stars in the eastern Sierra is half the reason to go there!」
