"My family and my friends family checked in at the same time we asked if we can have a room right next to each other or even across the hallway. We were told "no it wasnt possibly the closest room would be on a different floor" we could tell from her facial expression she wasn't telling the truth. The entire trip the room right next to mine was free, no one ever came or left that room. My friend was put in a room far away...that didn't have to happen.... we had little ones who wanted to be next to each other and she could have accommodated us but just didn't want to... the place was nice but our experience with that lady was not.... and all because she didn't want to do a simple room change."

"Everything was super great. I do not need room service but when I did ask for some towels and washcloths, I was told by one of the cleaning ladies there was none available, but they would bring me some later so I took the tag off the door so the cleaning staff would come in. I never received any that whole day or the next morning.. I even notified the woman in the hallway that afternoon. Overall, my stay was fantastic. Could you put different lights outside on the decks too bright and attractive mosquitoes?"

"My daughter and I came down for a quick girls trip. The hotel was fantastic. Really no need to leave the property. All of the food places were wonderful. Late night ice cream right outside the doors. Walk to the beach. Pool was great. Employees are super nice."

"The staff were great! The room was clean. The pool was clean and very relaxing. The beach was close and easily accessible. Coconuts was I’m sure a great place for the adult crowd, and they did have a kids meal, however they allow smoking within the eating tables and the music is loud and kinda crazy. So we didn’t stay. The waitress understood and was very sweet. Everything else great for our family! We will be back! Thanks!"

"We picked this hotel for the free breakfast since we have kids. But it couldn't have been more perfect location. It was right on the beach which made setting up for the day with the kids super easy. And back to the hotel for nap time/bathroom breaks also super easy. The room was clean, and big and great for the family."
