"The room was lovely - comfortable beds, it bathroom, nice toiletries. It’s quiet yet right in the center of town so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. "
"The Hotel is absolutely beautiful and like stepping back into a more elegant time in history. We were unable to actually stay the night due to a pet illness at home - the price of the overnight was worth it just to feel the experience for a couple of hours. The location is perfect as well!"

"Pros: This was a nice stay at a great weekday price. The staff were friendly and flexible with our schedule needs. The beds were comfy and fresh. You could text them if you needed anything, but 1 out of 3 times they did not get back to me. There are restaurants on the property, which is nice. We didn't have time to try them though. There's a pool with a view of the beach and ocean. The hotel is on the ocean, obviously. There's free (unsecured )Wifi. You can borrow bicycles for free.
Cons: Most of these are minor. The one that was pretty annoying was a constant drip of some kind of liquid from the balcony above ours. It seemed like water, but I'm not sure. It was all over our balcony. I texted the staff about it, with no response . When I pressed zero on the room phone, the busy signal came on. So I gave up.The dripping went on for hours and we couldn't really step out on the balcony. But the balcony is very small. It's just a little space one or two people can stand on. When we got there the first night we had to feel around in the dark to find the switches to enough lights to see. The bathroom door slides into the wall to open and it does not latch closed or lock. There's no way to turn on the shower without getting soaked with cold water in the process. There was only one coffee mug in the room (ceramic) and they had a Keurig. But there were only 2 free bottles of water. The air conditioner did not keep up with the hot weather.
Overall though it was as good experience!"
"I was actually impressed with the condition on the room after visiting several beach hotels, this one was clean and had no musty small. The space was perfect for a short stay for a family of 6. We arrived at 3am and it was an easy check in. We did have to get our own towels and blankets for the sofa bed but that wasnt a huge hinderence. I would visit again for a longer stay."
"Could use a little bit of updating, but other than that. Loved our stay. It’s right on the beach. Just steps away from the boardwalk. We got Garden view first floor. It was so nice to just walk out on the balcony in the morning and look at the ocean. The staff was wonderful and nice. The pool was great. Everything was clean. Will be staying again. Definitely glad we picked this place."
"I’ve stayed here every year for the past 5 years and it has always been great!! So thank you very much for that. I do however have a safety concern that I would want to suggest to the front desk staff during my stay last weekend. When my key card stopped working, I told the gentleman in the front desk to reactivate it and gave him what I mistakenly thought was my room number. I gave him my name as well for him to confirm that the name and room number was a match. He went ahead and supposedly reactivated my key cards so I assumed that all the information I gave him was indeed a match. When I went to my room to open it though, the key cards didn’t work. That’s when I realized I gave him the wrong room number. So bottom line, he reactivated my key card for someone else’s room. So, this is definitely a safety concern that I hope would be addressed soon in the future."
" Definitely will return. Very close to beach and walking distance to grocery store and convenience shops nearby. Rooms were clean and updated. Beds were comfortable with cold A/C!"
"Located just off the boardwalk, this little hotel has the friendliest staff - they greet you every time you come in and are always asking if you need anything and willing to give advice on restaurants and activities... plus your room is always so clean! My only complaint is the tight parking lot and it would be nice to have an A/C in the bathroom."
