It was such a special gesture that we greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The front desk staff, doormen, housekeepers and restaurant staff were all fantastic. From hailing taxis in the rain to being offered extra water bottles during an extreme heat wave, I can't say enough about the level of service at the Kimberly. Our room was clean, comfortable and a great place to relax during downtime in the city. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon."

"This hotel is not the four seasons. It is an AMAZING deal for the money. Big rooms (bigger than five star basic room options at 5x price) sheets and bed clean and comfortable. Bathrooms much nicer than budget hotel options. This is an excellent budget option. "
