「The staff was nice and through pictures and at first glance the property looks cute and quirky. I was given room 310 and immediately noticed the security lock was broken. I went back to the front desk and asked for a new room and he explained to me that they had broken them intentionally so none of the rooms had security locks. 「Not updated or safe at all. Door latches falling apart, old fixtures and plugs that don’t work and fall out of the walls. Doors to room look like they’ve been attempted to be pried open based upon their marks. Old appliances and fixtures. “Breakfast” was lackluster at best. No way this is an 8 star rated place. More like a 5 at best. Should be $75-85 a night 」
