「This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. 「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「very bad service.the hotel staff totally forget to give us receipt when we check out , after we back to back to Asia , we tried to phoned them many times but didn't get any document by far. even worse , the reception lady name-Kelly hung up the call , and not listening to our request and complain , i won't choose such hotel again !!!」

「An old firehouse converted into a boutique hotel. It’s trendy and fun and so clean. Great bar in lobby for drinks and coffee. There doesn’t seem to be a lot around the area as far as shopping or restaurants go, but we love staying here. 」

「We stayed here one night for a day to while visiting New York. The hotel was fantastic and the location perfect. Really close to all of the main tourist spots. The bed was so comfortable as was the whole room. There was free coffee in the room. We loved the bar and restaurant in the lobby and even stayed in for dinner there. 」
