「The beds were so uncomfortable single metal beds with springs digging into my body and loudly squeaking every time I moved. Windows don't seem to be sealed properly so can hear all street noise. The window in the dining room was fully broken and would not close, someone could've easily climbed in as on ground level. Heating wasn't on and no instructuons how to turn it on. I brought this to the attention of the hosts and they replied saying they would send someone within 48hours. They did not....

「I had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which I greatly appreciated. I particularly liked the design; the sofa seamlessly connects to the bed, creating an interesting and functional layout. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. First, I noticed the absence of tissues in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Also, the safety light emitted a very bright green glow that...

「Extremely clean and tidy. Apartment came with everything you would need (iron, hair dryer, towels, slippers…) Had a lovely stay in this super modern studio. 」

「It's good to have a pantry equipped with microwave / oven, so we can prepare simple meals and need not dine-out everyday. Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.」
