"We had an overall great stay at the Embassy Hotel, but on our first night received prank calls from another room 1:30 in the morning, so that was unpleasant. I called the front desk to look into and there was no follow-up provided - just dismissive. However, the cleanliness, breakfast, manager’s welcome (free snacks/drinks) and pool made our experience nice."
