「I am complaining about a billing error at Moxy Atlanta Downtown. After accidentally duplicating a reservation on June 27, I canceled one. GM Alfonce McKinney promised a resolution. On June 28, Expedia and hotel staff confirmed a refund was processing. Consequently, I submitted a positive review. Since June, I've sought a $200 refund. Despite providing requested details to Mr. McKinney on July 7, my follow-ups are ignored and corporate customer service cannot reach the hotel. Expedia awaits...

「The front desk staff are nice and Robert helped me arrange a move-in earlier than 3PM on a third-floor room. The room is very spacious and clean with a blackout curtain, so I got to have a good night sleep. No daily cleaning service but it's okay for me. Breakfast is cereals, milk, coffee and bread. Overall it was a nice experience! Excellent location for visiting Emory. 」
