「Yaz, Efrain and Jas are the best hotel staff I've encountered with in along time. Efrain made the check-in process welcoming and was very informative. Yaz the bartender was awesome. Great conservation and introduce us to Terramana Anejo Tequila. Very smooth! As for Jas the chef she did her thang in the kitchen. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel as one of your must visit places. You won't regret it. 」

「The front desk staff are nice and Robert helped me arrange a move-in earlier than 3PM on a third-floor room. The room is very spacious and clean with a blackout curtain, so I got to have a good night sleep. No daily cleaning service but it's okay for me. Breakfast is cereals, milk, coffee and bread. Overall it was a nice experience! Excellent location for visiting Emory. 」

Only small complaint I have was the shower was a bit small and hot water didn’t really get hot enough. I enjoyed my stay and will book it again in the future. Highly recommended. 」

「Love the vibe of the room! The kitchen had new appliances that were in perfect condition and definitely matched the the style of the space. The bedroom was cute, but a little small, almost Japanese-closet type. The free drink was water, maybe should mention that beforehand. But the deal I got on the room was great and the staff were wonderful. 」

「First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out.
