「It was peaceful with a friendly staff. Room could use some updating.」

「Nice place. Quiet and peaceful. Comfy beds. Cooking facilities were coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Pool was heated and clean. Breakfast was basic , continental. No hot items. Friendly, helpful staff. Supermarket and liquor store 5 minutes walk away. Nice view of the coast. Gloucester was a 20 mins walk away.」

「We loved our place at the Long Beach Suites! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly want including a washer and dryer. It is so close to the beach! We loved sitting in the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. I didn’t realize I needed to checked messages through Expedia in order to check in. Once I figured that out, it was pretty easy. And the text messages were super helpful. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back!」

「The room was exactly like the picture. Overall it was a very good experience. There’s no interactions with staff because everything is done online from checking in, paying for parking, upgrades if you decide to add and right down to checking out. No waiting in line. Many cute shops and restaurants are nearby.」

「Generally ok. Hotel seemed low on resources. Check in closes after 6pm and no one on site; it felt deserted. That said, we were welcomed with very a friendly, informed, efficient front of house - coffee tea and water available. Apparently, the hotel has changed hands and has new management - no breakfast available. We complained - we were grateful for a generous refund. That said, photos of the breakfast on hotel website and Expedia reviews of excellent breakfast are irrelevant. We are very...

「Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. 」
