We enjoyed our 4 day stay immensely! Our room was very well cared for, and I was very happy with the communications via text! It made everything go smoothly. I've stayed at Eagle House a number of years back(2018?), and i noticed a freshness about it. Love the calm, soothing color of room 12💚 Thank you for making our vacation a pleasure!!

Eagle house

Great motel just steps away from the beach and shops. We stayed in a petite queen- small room, but perfect for a couple. Room was clean and bathroom was fine- shower and toilet were together and sink was outside the bathroom. Office staff was very friendly. It is a historic building , so no elevator. If you get a room in the top floor you have a few steps to walk up.

Convenient, inexpensive, but noisy first floor.

VERY noisy room on a Saturday night. Outside stairs to upper floor were against wall at head of beds in our room. Stomping feet kept us up! Church bell next door rang on the hour. Not for light sleepers. Top floor better for noise.

Stay elsewhere

The reception we received when we checked was almost hostile, not interested in the customer one bit. When we asked a question a point of the finger to a table where information could be found. No coffee in room, no breakfast, no coffee in reception, poor amount of towels for two people, the car park was very small. This place gives hotels.com a bad name I suggest you don't deal with them.

Convenient and clean.

My check-in experience was not pleasant at first. One poor guy trying to do it all and a very inefficient system. He actually became annoyed with me when I didn't realize that the group on the deck outside the office reading brochures was waiting to check-in. He later became friendly and helpful. But, checking in took a long time. The room is pleasant. Beach-y decor. Very clean. But, while I did find a coffee maker under the sink, there were no filters, no coffee, no cups. There were no cups that were even possible to use to boil water in the microwave. The TV picture is pretty poor but not a biggy for me. Bigger is the really bad internet. Couldn't do much on it and cell service was iffy. The location is terrific.
