「This is in a wonderful area of the Catskills with a creek streaming in the back if you wish to visit it. I've stayed a few times and I've seen many people take their dogs to Black Bear. They love the treed property for walks. It's close to farm stands or antiquing in the various towns along route 23.」

「clean, nicely appointed room with all the little extras that count: tissues, makeup towel, coffee maker, trash basket in bathroom and main room, even a little kitchen area on ground floor with oatmeal, snacks, fruit, tea, halfnhalf, oat and almond milk for coffee in small fridge.
