Room was nice. Had plenty of room and was clean. The coffee and breakfast area was a small area in the lobby, and nothing was out for breakfast before 8am so i had to leave. hen they say Breakfast is included, don't imagine anything like some of the other chains.

Great bar, meh rooms.

The staff was friendly and hotel was clean but has deferred maintenance issues. After a couple days we realized a lot of low income people live at the hotel (always saw guests and parking lot was never full). The hotel restaurant/bar was a lot of fun with great staff!

Our room tables stands were dirty, the jets in the tub didn't work, and a chair leg in our room was broken next to the tub. We also had the toilet paper holder in the bathroom hanging off the wall from being broken. The room size and bed were great, but definitely not as clean feeling as we'd hoped, along with some of the broken items.

Park Manor was a nice place to stay. I would stay there again. The only negative thing was the elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor. Wouldn't have been bad if my breathing was too notch. There was also no hair dryer.
