「The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The room, while part of it was freshly painted, the parts that were not looked run down, old and kind of gross. The bathroom was outdated(60's maybe) and falling a part and run down. The faucet did not work properly in the tub/shower. The beds were pretty comfortable and the pool looked nice tho we didn't get a chance to go in. There was a nice family play area and they hd grills you could use. 「Only thing I wanted to note was a random charger had been left from the previous person staying in our room that must've gotten overlooked when they had cleaned up. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, this is the only hotel I have stayed at in awhile that came through and cleaned up the rooms which I find awesome. 」

「We had the best time at this resort. However, things could be managed better. Two of the three elevators were broken at one point during our stay, there was a cigarette butt on the floor in our room when we arrived, there was no hot water in our shower, and the AC could not keep up with the heat during the day. The balcony furniture is worn down but the rooms are very nice. The Steakhouse is amazing, the views are wonderful, and the pool was a blast. I will definitely be back. Would be a 5 star...
