「When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful....

Ich bin für ein Konzert in Wembley hier geblieben, konnte mit dem Bus dann zum Hotel zurückfahren. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich dreckig, bringt aufjedenfall Handtücher mit!!!
