「Staff needs training in what a wash cloth is. I asked for two additional wash cloths and the young man at the desk brought out two bath mats. I said no a wash cloth is smaller than that, so he came back with two gand towels and it took too much energy to send back again and his line at that time had gone from zero to three people. The next night housekeeper came and gave me two wash cloths when asked. She was sweet and asked if there anything else.」

「Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash....
