「Ev erything was great」

「員工親切」

「All was good」

「Everything was great」

「Everything was great! We especially liked the huge terrace on the 2nd floor which is available to everyone, gre at view of mountains and of course the trains!」

「Facility was new and modern and well maintained. Staff was very helpfull」

「The location is excellent, just 2 blocks from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railway. And it is at the south end of the historic downtown. Parking is tight, but we always managed to find a place. We did not try their breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. It rained a lot (Hurricane Polo) just prior to and during our stay. That may be the reason our ground level room smelled musty. It could have used a refresh too.」

「Couldn’t be happier with stay, not far at all from Durango. Went all the way down New Mexico and back up, paid expensive rates for rooms not comparable to this. We loved it and we don’t gamble, just love the resort! AND so many things to look at and learn about the Ute Tribe ❤️」

「I would stay there again」

「The room is very tidy and parking is convenient. I will choose here again next time!」

「I loved that when I checked in the front desk person gave me a run down of the amenities and then offered for me to pick out a record to play in my room. Very different and very cool. Really enjoyed our stay!」

「我們是冬天入住，暖氣因為老舊聲音超級大聲，很像是引擎聲，根本無法開著暖氣入睡。床單上有些許不知名毛髮，清潔不夠仔細。」

「Great place and very clean well maintained. Walking distance to Dunkin’!」

「我们的套房的沙发床没有被子，打电话让员工送来，送了一个小时没有到，最后自己去楼下拿的」

「Great place! Walt was very helpful and kind.」

「Their notice in the room said Oct. 1 they switch to heat mode. They did not and the room was cold. Brought it to their attention and nothing changed. Then they did provide us with a space heater on our return visit on our way home.」
