「We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room, amenities and staff were all great. The reason for this low rating is the valet service. They parked the car under a tree which left tons of sticky residues on it. When I asked the valet staff, they were very rude and responded that’s how it is and they’re not responsible. Not even an apology, or trying to make it up. Their manager reimbursed one night of valet and I thought that should cover the cost of car wash. I took the car to a premium car...

「The plugs by the sink had the only mirror that you could use to put on makeup..... and they were so tight, none of our American items (curling iron, shaver etc) could fit without possibly ruining the items because you had to force it. Also, the draw refrigerator (who does that???) didn't work so they had to bring us a small one to plug into and put ontop of the bureau. There is no microwave, no real coffee machine except an "espresso machine that hardly worked at all and 2 pods to use that...

「The location was a primary reason for staying there. Room was dated. For $59 daily , the valet service was horrible. Even requesting your car ahead of time needed you still wait over 40 min for your car as if they parked it in a different city. Just disappointed with the service and amenities offered.」
