「There is no front desk at this property, but it was not a problem. We received a text with an access code to the room. In fact, it was nice not to have to check in at a desk. The room was perfect and well stocked with k cups, a fridge and microwave, shampoo and soap. Everything was spotless. Bed was comfy. Wi-Fi worked great. The big bonus to the bordello room was the balcony looking out over town and with a beautiful view of the mountains. We actually met the owner by chance. He was...

「Retro and feels like home」

「Staff called us since we were coming into town later. The room is small but just what we needed for 1 night. Clean and comfortable. The room has a window despite what other reviews said. The bathroom does not but it’s a bathroom in what is basically a very clean and private hostel. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「If you are in Silverton for any reason, this is the place to stay. Matt was an exceptional host - welcoming, enjoyed talking about the area both present and historical, and makes a masterful breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable with old time charm and furnishings. Common areas to catch up or read a good book.」

「If you want an easy walk to every placebin Silverton, this hotel is your jam. Very friendly staff, clean common areas and impeccably-made rooms, nice coffee and tea bar. Only drawbacks: thin walls and old heating that is hard to dial in to a specific temperature. But those are solvable problems (ear plugs, layers) and the experience of staying at the hotel is worth it!」

「It looked like a rat hole at first and my wife she would pay for another hotel, just anything else please. I said, let’s not judge a book by its cover, at least men are around doing improvements. Inside, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. As good as any mid priced room anywhere. Stay was fine, slept well.」

「Clean, quiet, comfortable stay. Host kind of forgot we were checking in, but was able to make the remaining of the check in over the phone and the general stay seamless and accommodating. Especially enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and sauna. We were the only guests at that time. Two locals helped us around the property including breakfast, recommendations, and general conversation. Overall loved it, the town, and will stay again!」
