Clean, quiet, comfortable stay. Host kind of forgot we were checking in, but was able to make the remaining of the check in over the phone and the general stay seamless and accommodating. Especially enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and sauna. We were the only guests at that time. Two locals helped us around the property including breakfast, recommendations, and general conversation. Overall loved it, the town, and will stay again!
This bed and breakfast is so cute and Wendi the hostess was wonderful. She immediately made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing. It is an older place and the room was small but my husband and i thought it was so cute. They have 3 hot tubs and a sauna. Robes and flip flops were provided along with towels to use for getting out of the hot tub. I would definitely stay again.
The main reason we decided on this hotel was because it said that breakfast was included. We were told when we got there that they were no longer serving breakfast and that they’ve been working with Expedia to have that option removed but we were not offered a refund for the price of the breakfast. That was disappointing.
Was cute little B&B. The only issue was the bed was short

Disliked: Staff & service
Hotel.com.sucks
Hotels.com screwed me and couldn't care less. I drove from Denver to Silverton which is not a short drive and as I was getting close to Silverton, the hotel called me to say they didn't have a room for me.
The customer service from Hotels.com was atrocious and disrespectful. I'll never use Hotels.com again. They offered to put me up on a room in Telluride. Telluride might be close to Silverton but only if you want to drive on a sketchy 4wd road. Otherwise it's a 2 hour drive and nowhere near I needed to be.
The customer service rep did not care about this inconvenience and acted like they were doing me a favor. It was a joke. I was on the phone with them over 2 hours constantly being put on hold. Could hardly even understand the lady. I was obviously upset which caused her to just keep laughing at me and arguing with me. She said " I'll refund your money or take the room in Telluride. Those are your only two options" They didn't offer anything else for my inconvenience. Terrible experience dealing Hotels.com and ruining my trip.
Great hospitality! I enjoyed the hot tub and breakfast. I had to check out early so the host prepared a breakfast burrito for me before the usual time. Great place to stay on Silverton!!
I loved this gem of a hotel in silverton!! Breakfast was delicious and Pam is a amazing hostess!! Pam provided history of the town and pointers of things to see which made our trip through silverton so much more!!! I would stay here again and recommend this place to stay to everyone!!
The B&B is very well located, the building is historical and well maintained. Pam’s explanation about the history of the town, the owner’s family history and some of the furniture made us appreciate this B&B even more.
Pam’s breakfast dishes were excellent and the breakfast area was very cozy making us feel as if we were in your own living room. Importance to detail is evident. There is a basket at the foot of the stairs with clean pieces of rags to be used to clean the soles of the shoes, pets paws, etc. There is a comfortable backyard with chairs and tables to relax.
Overall we recommend this B&B highly and we look forward to our next stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint, historic hotel. Our bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were truly friendly, engaging and helpful in directing us to unique places of interest. We look forward to staying here again.
Pam was very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room had a little fan I thought we would need because of noise, but it was very quiet.
Very comfortable. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Delightful location with a nice garden. Peaceful and very convenient. Far better than hotels I’ve stayed out that her three times the price.
