"Never stayed. Tried to cancel a few days before due to a family and it was denied even if I took a reservation at another Comfort Inn in another city close to the family emergency. Not very compassionate. We stayed at another Comfort Inn in Belleville."

"We were not able to access the parking garage due to a police situation. We were told to figure out somewhere to park it was not the hotels problem. We drove around for 50 mins in some not so nice neighborhoods filled with very scary sketchy people. I asked the hotel to comp my parking since we were not able to access the parking garage and again was told not their problem. The security guard did not have a clue how to help us and keep people safe during g this situation. The staff was incredibly rude. We will never stay there again"

"Last minute choice to stay in Burlington and I chose this Best Western. Great location for the 403 or QEW. Nice size room, clean and a comfortable bed. Easy walking to Scaddabush restaurant. Very close to the place I had to be at in the next morning. I would return."
