「The hotel room was very warm and air con did not cool the room. As a result I had a very poor sleep, the main reason I stay in a hotel.」

「They consider anyone over 12 years old to be an adult so they will then charge you an extra fee for your children to stay in the room with you. My daughter is 13 so I then had to pay an additional fee as if she was supposed to stay in a separate room… this is on top of the already extremely high room rate. The other thing that is quite odd. 「The hotel was extremely warm and each hallway had an odd smell. The bathroom sink is as clogged. The beds were not very comfortable. We had a 3 bed room and each bed was lumpy and only had 1 pillow. We would not recommend for a stay before a long flight.」

「The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were clean and huge. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was a full size shower and counter, which is not common in Europe. Breakfast was good and so was lunch using room service. We would definitely want to stay here again.」
