Such a warm welcome received, a stunning room - super size for our family of 4 and a lovely birthday card, balloon and chocolates for our son whose 9th birthday it was the day we checked in. 「First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. 」
