Fantastic property and staff. Stayed here the last night in Dublin before flying out following morning. Was perfect and airport shuttle is an actual coach bus. Therefore, lots of space for passengers and luggage. Goes to/from airport every 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Awesome stay here ..very convenient shuttle to airport on the half hour …the breakfast honestly one of the best I’ve had across any hotel ….very great selection and quality of food …they don’t do a half ass job on it …. They were not able to put a rollaway bed in the room I had booked but Irene was able to find another room for us and even came up to help from reception to move our luggage! No one does that from reception …. Rooms were very clean along with washroom…shower pressure was not good that is my only complaint …our shower stall Was clogging up but I did not bother reporting it given the short stay we had … Lovely breakfast room staff that were genuinely friendly and happy …. Hope the GM is reading this …nicely done!

I had pre-booked and pre-paid my stay through Expedia. Upon arrival I was told the hotel didn't have my reservation. I showed proof of my booking and both staff members verified all details of the booking were correct. I was told it didn't matter because they did not have my booking in their system. Both staff members stated they didn't have any rooms to offer us, there was nothing they could do. I was told we would have to go elsewhere. I asked them to please check again because I have proof of my reservation. I was told to start looking for other options. I started to search contact information for Expedia but begged the staff to keep checking because it had to be a mistake. After a period of time, they found my reservation. The staff member stated "I was in the wrong screen, I'm here from another hotel and I was in that screen." Relieved that I wouldn't be scrambling to find another hotel at 10pm at night, I thanked him. I reminded him that I had reserved a non-smoking room, which was documented on my pre-booked reservation. The hotel provided myself and my daughter with a drink voucher for our troubles. We went to our assigned room, and it was smoking. We called down to explain the issue and we were immediately given another room that was non-smoking. My concern is both staff members were quick to be dismissive instead of helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, there were plenty of amenities, and once we were given our correct room it was clean and comfortable.

For an airport hotel is was great, easy shuttle bus and only 7mins. Staff we excellent and the rooms clean and tidy.

This property is a desperate need of an update. I’ve stayed in much nicer Crown Plaza hotels. The hallways are short, dark, and an awful purple! The lights in the hallway are energy saving and turn off when no one is in the hallway. However they don’t activate until you walk into a dark hallway and walk past the first light. They won’t trigger by waving your arms until you walk past the light.
