「Love to stay at the Julien Hotel as it is a very comfortable hotel, with great service and helpful staff.」

「The bathroom sink was slow draining, then the following morning found the shower drain completely plugged filling up the tub during my shower. Informed the cleaning lady & went to the front desk & informed the lady there too. Recommend they perform a check on rooms before they issue them out for the night? Will probably not stay at this hotel again? Bad experience!!!」

「The room was clean, outdated, states there was a shuttle but no staff available when I wanted to use it. The pillows on the bed appeared dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke.」

「The location and proximity to attractions was excellent」

「Overall, we had a great stay. Beautiful home with wonderful views. The breakfast was okay.」

「Good, clean room. Walls as thin as paper, could hear everything outside my room. Power went out and the microwave kept beeping making for a miserable night sleep」

「Housekeeping was not present that I could see. Coffee set up not replaced and trash was no removed daily.」

「The waterpark was perfect ages for the kids- ages 6,5 and 3. Family friendly」

「No staff in building after 11pm until 11am. Could not call anyone for help. Doors were locked. Could not go out for fest we wouldn't be able to get back in. No pool. Rooms were clean. Beds were good.」

「I loved the suite! Also super quiet and well laid out. The staff was polite and helpful! We will book again!」
