Hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately I had a 3pm check in and wasn’t allowed to get into my room until almost 6pm. Kinda unfortunate when I paid $1000 for a night and couldn’t even enjoy the full time I had paid for. Would definitely stay again as it’s a staple in Dubai but I wish they would have my room ready when they said it was ready

The food was amazing!!!! Hotel is very clean. The only thing I didn’t like is if you purchase an all inclusive package, you could only have 3 meals a day and if you didn’t like that dinner then you can’t go to a different restaurant. The other thing is that the penthouse, your last all inclusive drink must be at 10pm!!
