"4.5/5 We had a fantastic stay at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi and thought it offered excellent value, especially with the all-inclusive package. The rooms are great, the hotel is beautiful, the gym facilities are excellent, and the food was one of the biggest highlights. The selection of restaurants is brilliant, with loads of variety, and the quality was consistently very good everywhere we ate. The all-inclusive drinks package is also great value with a really good selection. Service across most of the hotel was outstanding and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our main criticism was Mare by Bussola, where service for food and drinks could be quite slow. It sometimes felt like there weren’t enough staff or that the ordering process could be more efficient. Individually they were polite, friendly and as attentive as they could be but perhaps as mentioned slightly understaffed. We also had some confusion at reception. We had two rooms and one guest arrived earlier, despite us having email confirmation that she could leave a deposit. This ended up becoming an awkward payment and refund process. There was also some confusion over whether the initial soft drinks in the minibar were complimentary. These were only minor and slightly frustrating inconveniences though. Overall, the rooms, food, drinks, restaurants, gym, facilities and value were excellent. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely return."

"Everything was excellent except they charge my spouse because when I book I booked for two people but I don’t know when I was checking in she told me your booking is for only one I requested for consideration but as per policy she charged I just request the hotel to refund as a courtesy let see if anything they consider"

"Everything was perfect..the property in general and the staff were all great..the only complaint I can mention is the fact that most of the evening food at the executive lounge is spicy..i suggest non spicy food and whoever likes spicy food can always use Tabasco or something similar .."

"Huge property. Quiet. Wonderful and helpful staff. Huge pool and lovely cabanas by pool and beach. Amazing food especially the Indian food - really good for vegetarian. Best was the breakfast. Indian restaurant Varq was very nice. Only thing to note we didn’t have any entertainment and the rootfop bar restaurant was shut perhaps due to lower occupancy. We only discovered the games room on the final day."
